Since our humble beginnings in 1994, we have grown up along with the Internet medium, keeping up with new technologies and staying abreast of the latest in trends. We sort through the mass of information to deliver the best solution for each and every client we service, from simple websites to E-commerce to complex information systems.

We have personalized service. We work to keep your email and website online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our systems use load balanced Exchange servers. Therefore, if one server were to have a problem, another one would keep our websites up and running.  We have staff on call all day every day to answer tech support calls and monitoring our systems.  Our servers are backed up using Microsoft’s Data Protection Manager which keeps constant real time backups.

Our tech support is available directly during business hours and by call back after hours. We always call back and we always stick with a problem until it is solved. We keep meticulous logs on incoming and outgoing email so we can trace any problems you might encounter sending or receiving from an end user.

Outlook Trainer, Emma Kobil, is a former teacher with years of experience working with people. She has a passion for helping others and imparting knowledge, while simultaneously working with individuals to find systems that work for them. In her free time, she likes to do improv comedy and rock climb.
